Whether you are a culinary student or practicing professional, a beginning or experienced home cook, or a parent, we are providing hands-on cooking classes and immersion experiences with an emphasis on sustainable agriculture/organic farming education and seasonal ingredients.

Programs & Classes

Farm Dinners
Saturdays, June through September, enjoy a multi-course meal prepared by local chefs and paired with local wines.

Culinary Traditions Series
If you want to fill your pantry and refrigerator with basic ingredients to use in your cooking, or are simply curious about learning culinary skills beyond meal preparation, these classes are for you. Offered Sunday afternoons. 

Locavore Lunches
Sundays, June-September. A hands-on culinary experience! Tour the farm with with the farmer, gathering produce and edibles to prepare into a delicious meal enjoyed onsite in our orchard. A great way to entertain out-of-town guests or for a unique lunch out!

Cancellation Policy
The School regrets not being able to offer refunds on classes except in the instance of cancellation of class due to insufficient enrollment. In the event you are unable to attend a class you have already paid for, you may apply your tuition fee toward a future class.
